Zabira NG Quarterly Project Report- Q1 of 2023
Dear Zabira Users, Traders, and Community Members,
We write to share our official project report so far with you for the first quarter of 2023. In the first quarter of 2023, Zabira Technologies (GRIP NG) made remarkable progress in our product development, partnerships in several ways, and marketing to reach a wider audience. In the last quarter, we kept our users busy with a lot of activities and in the process, gain lots of new followers and transactions. We had an increase in our new and active users. We ran our first twitter ad and since then we’ve had an increase in the number of followers and visits.

User Education and Community Building
In the first quarter of 2023, We educated users by posting regular social media updates and announcing our product updates and offerings. We leveraged UGC content, We published new articles to inform and solve our user’s/traders’ pending problems, and we updated our FAQs to give more insights into what our brand is about. We also sent more Push Notifications, SMS, and Emails and also made sure we stay connected to our users.

Zabira x Grip Partnership with Nigerian University Students
In January 2023, We have been able to partner with and also visit some leading Nigerian Universities: Unilag, Lautch, Lasu, Yabatech, FCE Akoka amongst others. We did some brand and user education for some of these students, and we also engaged with some of their lecturers to educate them on the product as many have a negative idea about the Crypto and gift card industry. This also resulted in brand awareness as a lot of them are just getting to know us. Our partnership with them was in a form of a referral program.
Zabira x Grip Partnership with Nigerian Celebrities
We’ve been able to partner with some notable Nigerian celebrities like Ashmusy, Cubanawhitelion, Okiki DMW, and many more social media influencers in our industry that used our product and testify to the great and fast user ability of our product. We also engaged in some WhatsApp communities and Telegram groups. This has resulted in Awareness creation, an increase in transactions, and the organic WOM of our brand. We look forward to more partnerships in Q2,2023 and hope to achieve more with them.
Zabira x Customer Success
For us as a brand, the resolution of our customer’s issue is a priority and as such we take our service level agreement seriously by ensuring that issues are acknowledged and resolved within 24 hours of receiving. Hence we are pleased to share the percentage of customer issues that were resolved within our agreed SLA.
Q1 our Grip resolution rate increased by 90% while for Zabira resolution rate increased by 97%.
For Q1, the above resolution rate has helped us to slightly improve our customer satisfaction rate and serve as a way of reassuring our customers of the ease of doing business with us as well as our 24/7 availability. Our records also show that our users preferred means of communication is via our live chat while working to ensure that the next best-preferred means of communication WhatsApp is integrated before the end of Q2
Development
In Q1 of 2023, Zabira witnessed growth in the number of trades, though the brand isn’t there yet we hope to achieve more in Q2 2023. More developments are still in place. With the next update, our platform will have more features and users will be able to do more. Stay tuned for more interesting updates from us.
What’s Next?
We will continue to engage our community with many other interest opportunities amongst others like Rewarding our first-time users that transact, Leaderboard (rewarding users with the highest trade), and many more.
Also, still in the works, we set to launch a platform that helps our user trade seemingly in our platform and so much more. Our mission of Trading is to ensure that Cryptocurrency and gift card traders feel safe and enjoy a user-friendly platform.
